Shipping information
Items are dispatched as soon as possible and usually at the beginning of the week but it will take longer during busy periods. You will receive a conformation email with a tracking number when your knife has been shipped.
Items are sent via UPS at a flat rate. There is no charge on additional items to the same address
Deliveries within Ireland are next day via An Post registered post
USA deliveries take 3-4 days via express shipping and 7 days standard shipping
EU destinations 3-4 days via express shipping
6-10 days for rest of the world

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your knife and would like to return your purchase unused I will happily refund you. This does not extend to the misuse of a knife which should never be used other than its intended purpose. Do not drop, use it to pry or cut bones. Always store your knife clean and dry.
Send intent of return and reason immediately upon delivery
The item is refundable minus the cost of INSURED return shipping
The item must be free from scratches and wear
Under no circumstance should a knife be put in the dishwasher
